About the vacancy
NewCold will be expanding the business in the German market. With a well-established location to be extended in Rheine and a second and maybe even third location coming up within the coming two years, the organization is preparing for the next step. In order to be able to facilitate the growth and to be prepared for the operations to be running smoothly, we are expanding our management team. Therefore, we are looking for an HR Manager Germany who will help us to set up the German NewCold organization in a professional way. This position will be reporting into the VP Global People & Culture and the Country Manager Germany.
What will you do?
You will be delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business and support as well as manage the organization’s growth in all German NewCold locations. Furthermore, you will be managing the HR function, partnering with the business to provide day-to-day HR support and advice, for the achievement of objectives, in a cost-effective manner and in line with global company policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements. As strong partner and advisor for the German Management Team and member of NewCold’s European HR Team you will identify areas for further development and drive a continuous improvement approach in line with HR best practice.
Who are we looking for?
You have a deep understanding of general HR Management and you are experienced as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner for German industrial businesses. You are an HR Expert for the German market, but are used to be part of an international HR Team that cares about a common approach regarding topics like recruitment, employer branding, talent management, talent development, succession planning etc.
